Second, qualification requirements
1. Independent legal person or other organization with corresponding compilation ability and compiling experience.
2. Have a good credit and a sound financial accounting system.
3. The responding unit has no bad records such as loss of trust and bribery in the past three years.
Third, the procurement project work content
1. According to the arrangement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sichuan Province, complete the collection, collation, editing, and drafting of the Sichuan Construction Yearbook 2019, and the design and text layout of the pictures (including color pages, covers, back covers and ring linings). Printing, proofreading, binding, submission, mailing, etc.
2. Completion of the "China Construction Yearbook 2019" and "Sichuan Yearbook 2019" Sichuan Province housing urban and rural construction manuscript contributions.
3. Complete the collection and compilation of other yearbooks and essays submitted by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
Fourth, procurement project standards
1. The Sichuan Construction Yearbook should comprehensively, objectively and truthfully describe the various tasks of the Sichuan Housing and Urban-Rural Construction System in the year. The text and pictures coexist, sorted and collected, and concentrated collection.
2. The content, progress and quality of the compilation should be recognized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Provincial Local Work Office and approved.

Sixth, selection method
The selection adopts the comprehensive evaluation method and selects the best choices to ensure that each candidate unit is treated fairly. The unit price is not the sole basis for the evaluation.

Seven, registration requirements

2. Submit the information:
(1) The name of the registration unit, the social credit unified code, the copy of the industrial and commercial (social organization) tax registration certificate (with the official seal of the unit), contacts and contact information;

3. The undertaking entity shall not transfer the project to others, nor shall it transfer the project to others after being dismembered; the project results shall be owned by the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Office of Sichuan Province, and the project undertaker shall not have the right to use it or authorize the third party.
